Throughout my career, I learned that customers don’t remember the lowest bid. They remember the people who answer the phone when it matters, the technician who refuses to cut corners, and the company that tells the truth — even when it’s difficult.
Those values became the foundation of PTG.
Equipment can be replaced. Reputations cannot.
We’ve chosen to build this company differently. We invest in relationships measured in decades, not projects measured in months, because trust is earned through consistency, accountability, and doing the right thing every time.
My responsibility has never been simply to grow Precision Testing Group. It’s to build an organization that develops exceptional people, serves customers with integrity, and protects the critical electrical infrastructure that keeps our communities and businesses operating safely.
When I eventually step away from PTG, I don’t want people to remember my name. I want them to remember how we treated them.
I hope our customers say, “If PTG said it, we believed it.”
I hope our employees say, “That company made me better.”
And I hope our industry says, “They raised the standard.”
If that becomes our legacy, then everything we’ve built will have been worthwhile.
Our work isn’t measured by the equipment we test. It’s measured by the confidence we leave behind.
Thank you for trusting Precision Testing Group.
